Pidgin hat’s im Moment anscheinend mit Updates, nun zickt MSN beim Start:
„Unable to validate certificate“
„blabla omega.contacts.msn.com blabla“
Lösung:
-> in Pidgin auf Tools -> Certificates
-> Zertifikat omega.contacts.msn.com löschen
-> in Chrome auf https://omega.contacts.msn.com gehen -> oben aufs Schloß klicken -> im Dialog unten „Certificate Information“ -> Details -> Export -> speichern als omega.contacts.msn.com unter /home/eueruser/.purple/x509/tls_peers/
-> in Pidgin wieder auf Tools -> Certificates -> Add -> eure omega.contacts.msn.com Datei auswählen
Und bitte, Pidgin connected wieder zu MSN.
